The Safety Center wants to empower rural road owners with a holistic approach to reducing crashes, injuries, and fatalities. In other words, we want to help you address all the factors that influence safety or contribute to crashes, including the road user, road, vehicle, and safety culture. To accomplish the multidisciplinary approach, we are involving all of the 4Es: engineering, education, EMS, and enforcement.
